RELOAD to regenerate skyline and ship

This was intended to be a recreation/demake of an 8-bit Atari game that I remember playing as a child, reinterpreted as a roguelike.

I did not prioritize enough time for work on the game jam, and I did not have enough proficiency with the language or design patterns I was trying to use to make adequate progress.

This is not even a playable tech demo, but I will try to update it after the jam as time allows.
